Co-Owner | Personal Trainer

Jac has been lifting for 7 years and consistently tracking her macros for 3 years. She competed in her first NPC bodybuilding competition this past fall and was awarded 2 first place and 1 second place medals in the Wellness division!

Currently, Jac is an Occupational Therapist at Conway Orthopedic and Sports Medical Center she received her Doctorate degree at UCA in 2022.

In her free time, Jac enjoys playing volleyball as well as coaching volleyball players ranging from 7th-12th grade. She also enjoys long walks with her fur baby and listening to audio books.

Anthony 

Co-Owner | Trainer

Anthony has been in the weight room his entire athletic career. He started playing football in the 4th grade and played at the collegiate level for Hendrix College.

He considers his lifting career to have officially began when he turned 20 and truly focused on his fitness. He has been consistently tracking his macros for 5 years, and has competed in 2 NPC bodybuilding competitions. This past fall he competed in the All South Muscle Championship where he was awarded 1 overall first place trophy, 1 overall first place novice medal, and 2 first place medals in his division (Men’s physique) ‼️

Currently, Anthony is pursuing his Masters degree in Nutrition at UCA.

Kayla is not just the queen of our legs 500 workout, she’s also about to graduate with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science! Kayla is one of our amazing trainers and she currently has spots open for personal training. Recently married she knows what it takes to get wedding dress ready. Andrew’s lively personality pairs perfectly with his expertise—he’s got a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and ensures top-notch form. Andrew has trained clients from ages 12 to 70 and is now accepting new personal training clients.
